RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THIRTY-TWO HOUSES
Woodforde Scott was instructed on this residential development to act as Development Manager. Working closely with our client, we pulled together the wider design, construction and management teams to deliver this project to successful completion and occupation. As well as managing the project, we successfully negotiated the acquisition of some additional land to build a further two units within the overall building contract.
