SUBSTANTIAL NEW BUILD & ASSOCIATED LANDSCAPING

This project involved the demolition of a rural farm house and a high specification replacement dwelling built in its place using local materials and traditional design, combined with high tech infrastructure and renewable technologies.

Woodforde Scott was involved from inception to delivery, working closely with the client and team of consultants to undertake a costing exercise for different options, before working with the architect through the design process, assisting with the planning phase, then tendering and overseeing the construction phase.
