REMODELLING AND EXTENSION OF A FORMER RECTORY
Woodforde Scott acted as Project Manager and Contract Administrator for this project, involving the significant remodelling and extension of a locally important former rectory. This project contained a particularly important bat-roost, so special care had to be given to ensure the clients objectives could be met while at the same time complying with relevant ecological legislation.
Woodforde Scott was involved in every aspect of the project, from attending planning meetings on the Client’s behalf, to developing a schedule of works, undertaking a value engineering exercise, helping with the instruction of specialist consultants and contractors and sourcing materials.
